I HAD a friend with benefits who lived next to me (we do stuff sexual), we could talk about anything, now he has moved, he has my number, but has not called me since he moved. we always talked in person never over phone. why won't he call me now?

To him that may make it seem like a relationship, which may be what he doesn't want.
