Help answer this question below.

I got Portrait of Ruin and got 888.6% complete; but when ever i try to play anymore my DS will just turn off suddendly. Something to do with pushing direction pad Y or B button at same time. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!!

its not that it needs charged
