Ten years is a long time to work anywhere. It is supposed to eb a good thing to change jobs every three to four years. Typically if you stay with the same company for a very long time you will not do as well as you would if you moved to better positions in different companies. Having said that, if you truly love your job and the place that you work and have great benefits and a great salary, then you don't need to move.
Do what makes you happy.
