Hey guys so heres the deal. I'm in love with my best friend. I'm a girl and so is she. I've always liked her since the first day I met her. That's why I wanted to get to know her. Overtime, we grew closer and we are each others best friends. We know each other well enough to press each other buttons just because we know what to do how to do it and know that by the end of the day well still be friends. We just like to make each other mad sometimes. Just friend stuff. Recently I had the courage to tell her that I was gay and that I had strong feelings for her. She was extremely accepting and told me that she wasn't going to stop being my friend because I mean too much to her to throw me off the boat for being myself. She can't help that. She said she will be as open minded as possible and will support me as much as she can. But I'm having trouble being around her now a days. I think about her all the time. Before I got to bed when I wake up at work at school every hour. It's either because I miss seeing her or because something reminds me of her. And she's my best friend. We've been best friends for the past six years. I want to hey over her but I don't want to get rid of her. I've been trying to distant myself but it's hard. And I don't know what to do. I want her out of my head but I've been told that the only way is by finding someone else.. Any other suggestions? Has anyone maybe been through this? Thanks in advance.
