    this is impossible to quantify as a generality about all men. However from my own subjective personal experiences I have found various 'triggers':

    - the amount of time since a man had it touched/ sucked or inserted the last time
    - how much 'anticpation' build up there has been to the sexual event, promises, longing..
    - or conversely - how much surprise value there as you perform on him, the 'OMG not here' factor
    - location - often fear or excitement in unusual places will make men lose it faster.. love it!
    - the obvious one, Speed - hand speed, suck speed, head speed, body impact speed, rush rush
    - technique (most of us know sum tricks and have our preferences for achieving fast finishes)
    -what you say to the guy as you are doing him.. verbalising it can often speed things up
    -what you are wearing at the time and how much that turns him on, men are very visual
    -who is watching.. or might be... for exhib or risk takers
    -depth and grip.. this applies to oral and penetrative on the penis...men like to see it vanish 100%
    -lubrication, the more slippery and wet things are, the more men are stimulated and lose it
    -eye contact.. just looking up.. or down.. at a guy 'that way' can tip many men over the edge
    -'different strokes' - as they say..some men like long slow in & out, others hard fast short thrusts

    then again some fit b*stards just last and last and make you work like hell!

    DOH! - I've just realised you mean 'speed of the cumshot itself' not how fast I have made anyone cum in which case the fastest speed would probably be over 120mph in my Porsche.. if u count that me, him and his ejaculate are all effectively travelling at that velocity relative to the surroundings...!.. does that count?
