Help answer this question below.

Two cars are at a four way intersection opposing each other. The car that stopped first is turning left, and the other will go straight. Who has the right of way?

    Man, that is a good question-a rare find here nowadays. Everyone I know and have shared the 4-way stop experience with has always treated that sort of intersection as a 'first come-first go' thing. If the cars opposing each other arrive at the intersection at the same time, the straight through one would go first for sure. I wonder if this is actually the way it is SUPPOSED to be done, though?
