Help answer this question below.

When you start dating a girl who still wants to be friends with her ex-boyfriend, is it reasonable as her boyfriend, to ask her to cut all contact from her ex? And to ask her to end her friendship with her ex-boyfriend?

When you START dating? No, it is not. It would make me wonder why folks who are still getting to know each other would require the other person to do that.
