I'm going to court, and I know that some of the records that will be brought up are incorrect. How can I dispute them?

    Whatever records you "know" are incorrect--get the facts on each one and the SOURCE of your facts so that in court your attorney can present the documentation to the judge in the case. It is not enough to say, "That's not true;" you have to be able to show your evidence as to the falsity of what is being presented. Good Luck!
