If the earth is supposedly 4.6 billion years old and human's have been around for a lot more than 6 thousand years than how come we are not so advanced? ( we invented car's, planes, cellphones, computers and many more in just 100 years)

The problem is our tracks are not designed for high speed. They aren't properly aligned with tight enough tolerances to allow for such.
