No, because people don't "cross between two signs".

I take it you are referring to those born on a cusp day. The cusp dates do vary now and then, and there's a perfectly rational explanation for that. It's because each fresh Sun sign period doesn't begin at precisely midnight. The cusp day is the day when the Sun changes from one sign to the next. However, this change could take place at any time during that day.

For example, a certain singer was born on 21 March 1943. Most people would jump to the conclusion that he was an Aries. However, the sign of Aries began at 12.03 PM on 21 March in the year 1943. This means that, if he was born before 12.03 PM that day, he would be a Pisces and not an Aries. If he had been born on the same date in 1944, then he would have been an Aries because that sign actually started the previous day in that year. I trust this has clarified the matter. If it has not, then look online for an astrological ephemeris.

If you were born on a cusp day, or know someone who was, find the time of birth and check for the birthday in the appropriate year. Remember, it's what it was in the year when you were born that counts, and cusp date variations in other years don't make any difference. Therefore, it is impossible for people to "cross between two signs".
