You're reading I got really drunk after a night at a club, I came home, and was taken advantage of by a girl. After I realized what was going on, I pushed her off the top of me and told her to leave. I told my girlfriend about 2 days later. What am I to do now? Help plz

Was it meant to be a joke? I'd say pressing charges for sexual assault is the first thing that should be done.

Umm...I was serious. Yes, I put the smiley face, but I meant it with all sincerity. If a guy forces himself on a drunk girl, you want to hang him, but if a girl forces herself on a drunk guy, she has not done anything wrong. No need for the low ratings.

I happen to agree with you on this msummers. It's not the double standard thing, but he was assaulted. Personally, if his GF doesn't like the truth, then she's not worth spit.

There have been some case shwere women have been prosecuted for "rape" of men (although its filed under sexual assault, not rape) They just don't get reported as often.

You are wrong,I know the laws about rape. He never said NO, she was staying at his house, he was all for it, till he came to his senses, plus never reported it, if he felt it was rape. That is NOT RAPE, its drunken sex!

So if it had been the exact same except he was a girl, and she was a guy, would it be rape then?
by msummers10 on October 17th, 2006
no...this does not sound anything like rape. even if other way around. if the girl is very drunk but goes with it for a while then she STILL is involved in the act (even if drunkenly so) but if she A) said "NO" or B) passed out, and then sex went ahead then I would consider that rape! this guy may have been taken advantage of or just basically got himself into a bad situation....not rape!

hell yes there would be! although this is not rape...still, it could be assault if it was completely unprovoked and unwanted...but who knows if it is or not?
