I have noticed that a higher rank has been telling lower ranks they need to pay attention to the higher ranks in the answers and comments they are giving - I say that is wrong and we are all here as a team - Do you agree?

The quality of the answers themselves is what's important. We all started off a low rank. (And frankly, with some of the cheap pop-psychology answers I've read by some high ranking users, not all of them are as impressive as the rank they have).
