How do you avoid duplicating questions, and why is it important?

    Even if you avoid them, you can still end up having so-called duplicate questions on here because some people don't seem to know how to read and the Staff seems to blindly accept flags (at least some of the time). Avoiding duplicate questions on here is important because this site is against duplicates. When you ask a question, check out the questions underneath that pop up to see if any of them are the same as what you are asking.
