I assume that you are referring to male offenders when you say "have it cut off". Children can be sexually assaulted in many ways that do not involve the pedophile using their penis. And, yes, there are female pedophiles, so stop hating men and the equipment they are born with.

I hate men and what they were born with? Thats the first I've heard about that. but I do believe you are wrong with that statement.
I just don't like anyone that hurts children in any way! And my suggestion would solve one of the case's. I am sorry I don't know all there is to know about Pedophiles, I have tried not to be around them.
