If you're in a public restroom, and someone goes into the next stall and starts throwing up, what should you do?

I know it may gross you out, but ask the person if they need help. Ask them if they need any paper towels or a wet cloth or anything that you may be able to help them with. If the person seems rude and asks you to leave them alone, then do so! At least you were the good person and you were willing to help someone in the time of need.

Agree, what if it is more than just throwing up and there is a more serious medical crisis? I would want help!

Cool answer! This one time I was in the stall and someone beside me threw up... and it landed on my shoe. I was REALLY mad, but didn't show it - and they helped me clean it off my shoe while I helped clean it up off of their shirt and stuff - so, it was awkward, but we helped each other and it turned out okay.
