Advertised Free Fed. and e-file. When completed, e-file.com wants money or signed agreement to deduct $59.00 from returns. Legal or illegal?

    Correction on the question, e-tax.com instead of e-file .com. I'm helping my niece with a simple short form and you do not go any further unless you cough up a credit card or agree to a bank clearing house and they will refund it minus your free e-file and Federal Tax return for only $59.00. Look-out AB, we got trolls in the tax business.
