What's a quick way to make your legs stronger?

    It's easier to hit the gym. run around parks 20 or 50 times. I did that and my legs are strong, lean and of course, fast. Don't let bycycles fool you! the work mostly with pressure on your feet. Try running, push ups, and kick boxing.
