Utah HB182 could bar same-sex couples from making contractual arrangements like wills or financial arrangements. What do you think of this?

So, is this another example of small government? Keeping gay people, even in death, from any legal connection to the person they love?

    While I oppose gay MARRIAGE, I find this to be going too far. I am in favor of granting civil unions and similar arrangements.
