A friend argues that tipping 15% in Canada is too much when the bill exceeds $100 dollars, but less than that is okay. Do you consider it proper to leave 20 bucks if you and your friends consumed hundredths of dollars on a dinner?

    Well, I live in Europe and tipping someone 20% will be considered arrogant. But when i go to the US I always tip depending on the service not the amount .
