Help answer this question below.
I would feel that such a thing is counter-productive and will cause more pain and trauma to rape victims especially if they are punished with a fine or jail time for not reporting. A rape survivor needs more than anything else the dignity to make their own decisions and if they would rather go on as if their rape never happen they should be allowed to do so.
Does anyone agree with me?
Im 18 and my girlfriend is 15. Her Parents and family both know we are together. I live in Texas is this still illegal because she's 15?

If the age of consent is 18, should a male statutory rape victim be held liable for child support if the woman gets pregnant.
