White oval pill with watson 349 on one side. what is this?

    Hydrocodone 5mg/Acetaminophen 500mg, or generic Hydrocodone. Lortab now typically only has 325mg of Acetaminophen. They work together to potentiate analgesia. People can overdose very easily on Tylenol (Acetaminophen)the max daily dose of Tylenol is 4000mg which is 8 Extra Strength Tylenol. Watch your intake of acetaminophen containing cold meds when you are on this drug.

    • Also note that Tylenol is highly toxic to you liver in quantities over 4000mg per day, and if you consume more than 2-3 drinks per week, you should avoid it completely!! Advil(ibuprofen) is better. They do make a Vicoprofen which is Vicodin/Advil, if you cannot or should not take Tylenol
