Can you change your eye color without contacts or surgery?

    you can change them by simply wearing colors that make your eyes stand out like for example bron eyes would be most likely to stand out with colors such as green or of darker shades. Blue eyes would stand out more with colors such as violet & blue . you can also try wearing white eyeliner on the bottom it will make your eyes seem brighter ! hope it helps
