Often times answers lead to to more questions. This does not indicate a problem so much as a furthering of our understanding. Think of it as not even knowing what to ask before. If this process did not continue we could just answer all the questions and we would be done.

Yes, and trapped in endless infinities or anomolies that wouldn't riddle The Standard Model Physics as it does today, if the String Theory Model, if there were such a thing, be used instead.
