• The best way I have found is to eat a good breakfast and do some stretching and light exercise.

  • Getting a good night's sleep is the best way to wake up refreshed. Give yourself enough time in the morning to get fully ready for the day, make sure to eat breakfast, take a multi-vitamin and consider taking other supplements. Exercise is also an excellent way to get yourself going in the morning, and it's good for you.
  • Wash your ass! Oops I mean, wash your face and brush your teeth. Freshen your hair with wet fingers and style it however, then put on something comfortable but not sloppy. Be sure you've got enough time to get where you're going so you're not rushed or running crazy. If you're not into exercise, try to be motivated to face your day. Don't drag around as you getting together to go out. If you're not into having a full breakfast, at least eat a banana, some yogurt and have some milk or real juice. Skip the caffeine because it will catch up with you later when you're too tired to keep going. Everyday a new adventure!
