Ok, here's where I sound like I have no life! *clears throat* The computer voice was provided by Majel Barret, wife of Star Trek creator Gene Rodenberry. She also played the nurse Christine Chapel in the original series and Lawaxana Troi in The Next Generation (oh boy, I told you!) She was never credited for her role as the computer voice.

Yes, but not in the original series. DS9, Next Gen, Voyager and Enterprize have screen credits. Also in all the movies (I think)
