I like very little attention but if it gets to be overwhelming I am ready to run and hide.
-
Yes, I am. And, I try to avoid both as it makes me uncomfortable. Still, negative attention would also trigger my self preservation mode of action.
-
Early in my younger years I wanted the wrong kind of attention. Now I shy away from it.
-
I hate attention in general. I'm a loner, and I like to stay to myself. But I can distinguise the two forms of attention.
-
I prefer positive attention in general.
-
I think I would prefer positive attention...

Yes I know the difference, having 'developed' at an early age and looking a lot older than I was got me much attention that was definitely negative in my view. I'd rather not get much attention at all unless truly deserve ed and then in a subtle way, not overt.
-
Absolutely. I'd rather no news than bad news. I don't need a lot of drama, chaos, and upheaval in my life to feel alive and fulfilled. I'd rather focus on the positive and healthy than indulge that other stuff. Negative attention is draining. I want my interactions in my life to be constructive, not destructive.

Yes, I prefer not to attract negative attention.

I'm a sideliner..I really don't like being the center of attention, in the spotlight, on display. I leave that to others who enjoy it. Negative attention reflects the character of he/she who engages in it..so I would definitely ignore it. Positive attention can be nice, if done quietly, surreptitiously and calmly! :) Happy Tuesday, PC! :) ((hugs))

I prefer to not stand out either way. I know the difference between the two, and definitely prefer positive attention, but to be honest I would just as soon have no one notice me.
-
i only want positive attention
