  • Check your throttle position sensor. Been a long time since I have messed with one but it will be located on the throttle body. Mr Bill
  • CHECK YOUR O2 SENSOR IF ITS BAD IT CAN CAUSE A RICH RUNNING CONDITION....
  • A bad coolant temperature sensor can also cause that by making the engine think it's cold (and therefore requires more fuel) when it's actually not. It's better to hook a scanner up to it and see what all the sensors are doing, rather than throw parts at it.
