The bible doesn't say she was a prostitute, only that she was a woman living in the torrent valley or Sorek and she was paid to try to get info from Samson. But it never says they had sex either, as he would have felt it was a sin. There is a prostitute mentioned in Judges 16:1, 2, but she's not the same as Delilah. This prostitute lived at Gaza.

Judges 16:1 states: Once Samson went to Gaza, where he saw a harlot and visited her. Then 16:4 states: After that he fell in love with a woman in the Wadi Sorek whose name was Delilah. If you take a look at these two maps (http://preview.tinyurl.com/5jgdmv and http://preview.tinyurl.com/6b8daq), you will see that these is a significant distance between Gaza and the Valley of Sorek. There is over 20 miles separating the two. This is a good days worth of travel given the modes of transportation that were available at that time. So, it is extreme unlikely that the harlot mentioned in Judges 16:1 is the same woman as Delilah.
