Sure I guess. Lucky me I make a bazillion more money now then I did then. I do miss the business expenses being down since we run a mobile glass shop. It just makes it to where we charge our customers more, which I don't really like.
-
Hell, I miss the days when it was $0.53/gallon! At the "cheap" station in town it's $4.55/gallon now!
-
Hell, I miss gas being $.33/gallon.
-
The cheapest I ever remember it being was something like 86 cents a gallon and you bet I miss those days.
-
I remember 35 cents for a gallon.
-
5-23-2017 I miss the gas wars when gas might go as low as $0.19. Of course, cars normally got 8 to 12 miles per gallon in those days.
-
Nope. As to bring those days back is why you're butchering children and the elderly in other countries that you can plunder for oil and resources.
-
I remember when gas was 32.9 cents a gallon. Also miss the days when had gas wars when gas would be about 20 cents.
-
99 cents a gallon sounds really good.
-
It was 40 cents when I was 16. We never thought of the cost of gas as a factor in anything. It was cheap enough it didn't have to be considered. I literally would fill my tank with a ten spot and drive all week on it. Do I miss it? Hell, I cant afford a car at all now. Insurance went up too, ya know, and taxes and taxes and fees, AND REPAIRS. :{ :{ :{ Luckily people vote for republicans, so soon the prices will go up even more for no reason. *blink* (Thanks tards.)
-
Not really. My life sucked back then.
-
Hell gas was only 24 cents a gal in 1967 when I got my very first car!! few weeks later it went up to 27 cents and we all thought that was TERRIBLE! LOL :-D
-
I remember even cheaper and YES I miss those days.
-
I miss the good old days when cars used leaded gas and it cost 0.19 cents per gallon.
-
