Nay999, I hate to tell you this but I don't believe you are going to get a quality class for free. Maybe if you find a good independent Reiki Master you can work something out in exchange for classes. Reiki is not just about an attunement(s). There is much more to learn. Some may disagree with me but that is what I have found. That is my opinion. But if you still want to try to find something for free you can try googling "free reiki classes" Be Aware that once you become a practioner in some states you can not charge for reiki unless you have a nursing, massage, asthetician degree. Just a heads up because that came as a suprise to me.

I did see one for free but you should seek out a qualified Reiki Master. Some will work with you. Some will ask for a donation or a gift. I have seen other sites where in a day you can become a Reiki master. For a price. Reiki takes time. Their are manuals to read and study, A cleansing period, case studies to perform. Be careful if it's free...you get what you pay for in this case nothing. Namaste.

I'd be surprised if you find any classes free. Not because it's expensive to learn, rather the energy behind the paying. Read a bit about the history of Reiki and what happened with the people Dr. Usui helped "for free". An exchange of energy NEEDS to take place... It doesn't have to be monetary, but it should be of value. Hope this helps. Also remember, some Reiki Masters don't have convential jobs that have a steady salary, teaching these classes is there bread and butter. A reasonable price shouldn't be looked upon as if they have a gift and it should be given out freely.
