How do you change the language into French on Microscoft?

MicroScoft? im guessing you mean windows. you can change the language but most of it stays english. the only way of having windows in a specific language is to install a copy of windows that is designed specifically for that language, so you would need a French copy. to change the language in XP: click "start" > click "control panel" > click "classic view" in the left pane if its not already selected > click "regional and language options" > you will have to change the language in ALL THREE tabs for this to work properly, click the drop down menu and select your language in the first tab(regional options), in the second tab(Languages) click the "details" button and add your language, in the final tab(advanced) select your language from the drop down list.
