• You don't. You take a hot bath, or soak it in epsom salts, and give it a good rub with either a minty lotion or some sort of balm. Take it from someone with a lifetime of foot trouble - there's no way to pop your feet like you would your knuckles.
  • What part of your foot do you feel the need to crack? The ankle? The toes?
  • you can crack your toe knuckles by pulling on your toes, but I wouldn't recommend it. My ankles crack and pop whenever I rotate them, but they've both been broken previously.
