yes it really work. my friend took it for a month and lose 10 kilos, but by the 3er week she was very sick with palpitations her blood sugar level went up that now she is using insulin and also has trauble with her blood pressure. all this happened 2 months ago and she is still loosing weight without 'the almendra'. On the other hand, I took it for a month as well without any result except that made me feel very sick,a month leter and still vomiting in very bad way, and now I'm in treatment for gastritis.
