pieces of 8 were real,pirates code seems kinda fake although some ships had "articles" they dealt w/ conduct aboard the ship, (not stuff like fall behind get left behind kinda stuff)parlay probably was a Morgan thing, although most captains would just dine w/ a captive captain and detain them for a period of time (as to not alert the local ports) so.... i gotta say pirate code. am i right?
