Ipod classic 160gb 230 pounds& ipod touch 32gb 330 pounds am i missing something here or what 128gb less for �100 more.please explain why

well this answer is all about the storage that they use. the classic uses a normal, yes it is small, hard drive with a spinning disk, and older technology. the touch uses a newer technology because it has flash memory, which is solid state, meaning nothing in the hard drive is moving. there are many advantages to this, even though it is more expensive, for instance if you shake the classic while you're listening to music it may skip, apple has fixed this almost 100%, but if you shake the touch it will never skip, also flash memory is faster when it is accessing information.
