    First you say No in a firm voice while it is shredding the paper. Then you take the dog away from the mess it has made. If the dog repeats this get you a spray bottle and fill it with water and if the dog shreds again you squirt water in the dogs face and again in a firm voice say NO. Do this each time the dog behaves this way and soon it will get your demand.
