Well, it's about to happen in 2012. The House voted against Net Neutrality, so if you guys want to download more than a certain number of gigabytes, you're gonna pay big bucks, and most people can't afford it after that. Time to return to the BBS days of the 80s. I knew the 80s tech hippie would become important again. See ya'll with our dial-up modems. :)
