Why do I feel dizzy while driving uphill?

Well I don't know for sure because I am no doctor but my grandpa has a heart condition(Congestive heart falure) and my moms friend had something wrong with her lung and when they go up hill they become dizzy. I am not saying it is that I am just giving you possibillities. Maybe you should go to a doctor. Hope this helps!:)
