• Well as long as you get plenty of fruits veggies and liquids and you take your prenatal vitamin everyday you shouldn't gain any access weight.Think of it like this if you are significantly over weight, as the baby grows you should stay the same weight which is tipical for larger weman that are trying not to go overbaord with the food during pregnancy. Technically you are losing weight you just wont see it until you have the baby. Make sence? Sorry if I wasn't a whole lot of help.
