  • I was a Realtor. Real Estate law in the USA does say you own the land down to the center of the Earth and upwards into the Heavens onto infinity. The Government can supercede your rights whenever they wish, however, through what's called Iminate Domain.

      Depends on what kind of cannon, Jewels. The new howitzers have an effective range of 40km with some rounds, while the 12 pounders used in the Civil War had a range of around 1,500 meters. And there are many folks whose property extends over a mile.
