26. Am a nightowl and it takes me a long time to get tired but when I do finally decide to try to sleep, usually takes me an hour to get to sleep.

Yep, no problems here. Then again, I really only sleep when I'm tired AND it's convenient. I usually stay up one night and sleep for about 8 hrs the next. Works for me. M/27

I never go to sleep easily I usually don't sleep through the night. I am 63 but I've been this way all my life.

I go to sleep easily but I can only manage to get 2-3 before I wake up for 1-2 hours, then I have trouble getting back to sleep. I'm 29.

No, I used to but not anymore. Once I fall asleep though, you could land a jet in my bedroom and it still wouldn't wake me. I'm 27.

If I turn off the computer and close my eyes I can get to sleep in quick time, but I actually have to close the laptop and sometimes that is hard :O( I'm 32.

I have always fallen asleep easily, even a s a newborn so my mom tells it. I slept right through the night at just a few weeks. And I still do. But sometimes I wake up at about 4 and don't go back to sleep but i still do okay.

Not at all. I suffer from terrible insomnia. i take herbals to help me sleep...things like passion flower, valerian, skullcap or chamomile to name a few. I will be 38 in 2 weeks.

Sleeping is one of my very few talents - I sleep like a log and always have done. I'm 61, but I was the same when I was 21.

Nothing helps. But I think that part of the problem is that, although I know that I should go to bed, I don't want to. I'd rather stay up and read, look at the stars, do AB, computer, TV and other distractions.

I fall asleep quicker now that I used to when I was younger. I'm 37. I used to take hours sometimes to fall asleep. Now it's around 15 minutes, unless I have too much on my mind.

my overtired self doesn't let me stay up. i generally fall asleep around 5 minutes after turning off the light. i'm 13.

I have the most peculiar sleep pattern I stay awake most of the night and have a nap most days so i function on just a few hours sleep most nights but then a couple times a week i'll sleep for like 12 hours and I can't seem to get out of the habit... I'm 19 btw

I'm 21, and no. I have insomnia that I've been doing battle against for 5 months - without a sleep aid of some sort, I don't sleep at all.
