They are called jackanese dogs. I know this because I own one. He is 4 yrs old and the most intellegent dog I have ever owned! In fact I like him so much I am trying to find another one but they do not seem to be bred often.

We just got two pekingese/jack russell puppies and were told they are "Peek-a-Jacks" and they (both males) are adorable doggies!

I agree with others-- it would be called a mutt. I have absolute who pays good money to buy one, thinking they are getting a "new" breed of dog.
