How do I Unlock Dynex DX-PDVD9A DVD portable for Other regions than USA. Especially I'm trying to do for Region 3 and 5.

To change region codes: Power on, Press open on the DVD player. Press Menu button on DVD (or SETUP on remote control), (you see General Setup Page on the screen)Press the right key 3 times to select the Preference Page. On the remote control press 9653, Use the up and down key to select the Region, Select 0 for all regions.
