I live in Staten Island, NY. It is minutes from the greatest city in the world yet a bit countrified as well and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Since I can't live in Answerbag City, it is the next best thing.
-
Not particularly it is much smaller than my other home but we decided it was large enough for me to use as a base after myhusband was diagnosed. It is warm and comfortable but i still have quite a lot to do. it is in a safe community which is a good area.

We deliberately chose to move here 8 years ago, so yes, I certainly do. Actually I've enjoyed living in all the places I've lived.
-
Actual area: I complain about it because there are NO young people here or any of my friends near me, so no. But i do like the peacefulness of it. The county: Dublin: I love it. I usued to live in Reading in Berkshire in England and was in London a lot and i could not live with the speed of life in England. Over here things are a lot easier and i love it. :)

It's alright, but waaayyy too quite. A small cul du sac in a small town gets to be a bit much sometimes. :)
-
Ive been all around the USA and can't stay away from this fast pace place.
-
Absolutely! It fits my lifestyle.
-
"Very much!"
-
I'm quite happy here.
-
I love everything but the heat.
-
Except for the humidity in the summer and the bad pollen (great place if you have allergies...not!), I DO love my city!
-
I live in a beautiful small city of 80,000 which has been voted "best place to live in the US" several times. It's a pleasure to live here but I think I'd like living in a small town of a few thousand even more.
-
Yes, we like it. :)
-
It's a nice, quiet, safe little town. A good place to live, but too boring.
-
Yes, until my son goes off to college & our parents are alive. After that, all bets are off
-
I certainly do.
-
Yes, I like It cause It's peaceful.
-
nooo i dont know anyone here. it sucks alot. i dont have any friend making skills either. i need someone to take pity on me.
-
I am just moving in... but I went to Trader Joe's and they seem a bit snobby here...
-
It's ok, the beach is close by. But there is too much traffic and it's never quiet, ever.
-
Not really...the people here are so sweet to your face and then they stab you in the back....they talk about everyone and can't wait to see people fall from grace....the women don't like women who aren't locals especially if they look different....like an American Indian...or Asian or just different from the ordinary looking woman around here. They are very racial here...and I contribute it to ignorance...alot of them have never been out of the area...so they have no clue as to other races and that learning about them abd their culture is so interesting....they have no clue what they are missing.
