  • There used to be Woolworths all over California. I loved going there with my mom. They used to have a eating counter where you could get simple food, like diners, and I would be treated to an ice cream for being a good girl while my mom did lots of shopping. But that was years and years ago. I haven't seen a Woolworths in over 20 years. Well, I haven't been a little girl in years and years LOL!!
