The value of one nation's paper money compared to another nation's paper money only depends on how much somebody wants one or the other. There are about two dozen nations whose exchange rates versus the US dollar are less than Monopoly money. The only honest answer to your question is zero. All paper monies are worth zero, and it is only a matter of time for everybody to figure out that fact.
