What happens to you if you fall down a waterfall? Will you die?

You would get wet. If the waterfall was very large, such as Niagera Falls, you would probably die.

Depends on the waterfall. Is it high, how much water is in the pool below? How much water is falling down with you? If you jumped off of Niagara Falls, the height and depth of the water would be sufficient. You could die from the fall, you could also walk away from that fall unharmed. The problem is the amount of the water coming down with you is very large and very heavy. That force could keep you under the water.
