  • yeah i question him everyday and i ask wtf are you doing this to me.lol
  • Yes. He has yet to reply. I'm sure he's busy...you know...things come up. I get it.
  • Quiet a few times...
  • I have never had the opportunity but I have a long list waiting if (s)he ever decides to make an appearance :)
  • I don't think there's someone who hasn't or not thought about doing it. I have. But at the same time it's only when things are bad not when things are going really well. So i'm being a hypocrite so I try not to do it often
  • Regularly..
  • I've been questioning God for years now, but its more of not understanding him/her and why or if he/she knows the bad things that are going to happen to good people. If God let his son die on the cross the way he/she did, what do you think he/she will let happen to the rest of us mortals.
  • The story of my life! I was raised strict pentecostal so me questioning God is forbidden but I feel like this.. with all the religions in this world.. what makes me think that mine is the one and only correct one.. you know?
  • No. Because He might think my question is stupid.
  • Yes, very often.
  • Yes, but after i saw he didn't give me what i wanted i started working on it myself
  • Often...but I am only human....I thinks He understands.
  • No. Apparently it's been some time since He's granted an interview directly to a follower. His publicist told me not to get my hopes up; the wait list is long.
  • all the time, he's not listening.
  • All the time especially when someone who hasn't even really had the chance to live their life is taken away so soon.
  • Yes, I did, when I believed, I often did. I stopped believing after 911. My last question to "God" was "how could you allow this to happen? If you really existed, you wouldn't have allowed it to happen." He never answered me - so I think I got my answer.
  • yes. many times. but someone has always helped me back into his light.
  • Yes I question Him all the time. There are a lot of things that I just don't understand and only God can tell me the answers. There is nothing wrong with questioning God. He knows we have questions.
  • Yes, when I lost my best friend and love 16 months ago. But I know God can take it he understands our pain.
  • hahaha all the time... we all do. it's human nature.
  • An excerpt from A Higher Good: "...None of the men or groups in history that we single out as displaying purely evil intentions ever achieved or satisfied their lust for ultimate power. That’s because ultimate power is impossible through control and dominance. While I was dead, I was in the presence of ultimate power, and I came to understand that the only way to possess such power is to dispel any desire to control or dominate. This is the reason we were given free will, and it is the reason God does not interfere with it. The reason for our lives on Earth is to eventually understand and accept this ultimate paradoxical lesson of personal power. This is why we find God so elusive and mysterious. Because we automatically equate power with the human desire to control and dominate, we create gods with domineering attributes and wonder why an all-powerful force doesn’t forcibly intervene to overcome the evil we see in our lives and in the world. This, above all, is the reason we sometimes question the existence of God. Consider, however, that an omnipotent and omniscient being or entity has no reason to exercise power. It has nothing to prove, nothing to gain, nothing to learn. God blessed every soul with free will (the ABSENCE of His control and dominance), so that through the profound knowledge of good and evil we can spiritually evolve to understand, choose, and accept the mysterious and blissful power of an unconditional and universal love that is far superior to our judgmental natures. So we are all here to taste, and eventually expel, every spice of evil we find in the soup of life..."
  • Often. If He is really God, he is big enough to handle it.
  • Not anymore. The older I become, the more firm my belief.
  • No he is real.
  • I did for a long time. But I was a very confused child and teenager.
  • Yeah, but it cheats.
  • I sure have ... BUT; no answer YET . +5
  • yes, I question his name. it isnt God. what is it?
  • I have questioned her/his/its existence; and most of all, I have questioned religion which presumes to know the inner nature (i.e., likes, dislikes, wants, needs, etc.) of a non-empirical deity.
  • questioned god? that's a bit like questioning a rock. Its not a very good question. One would first need to know the nature of god. I wouldnt ask my cat directions to the bank and i wouldnt ask a homeless person for financial advice. God doesnt usually answer in the common tongue. A better question I should think would be "Has God ever answered your questions and how?" Cheers:)
