Sadly, Epiphany has not been released in anything but the full score of Sweeney Todd. (100 bucks :O ) However, if you're just asking about a just piano arrangement, there's not one printed. You might be able to borrow the score and do a personal arrangement, just don't try to sell or perform it, as I'm sure you know, that would be illegal. Wouldn't a piano only version of Epiphany be a little unsatisfying?
