Not Rolaids, Not Alka-Seltzer. Not anything like that. Not ANY bird. It's an urban myth.

Alkaselzer reacts with water and will kill them. They may not explode, but it will damage their internal organs and kill them.

I don't know about seagulls, but my mother's older step-brother died when his stomach ruptured after eating too many peanuts.
